I found the chime ins to be timely and relevant. The presence of a chief's voice can be annoying in some racing games, but that's not the case here. I'd love the option to hear the broadcast audio in a TV-style presentation, but perhaps that's something that can be added in a future version. Within the career mode, the references to driver and constructer's standings after the race help to keep you engrossed in the grind of a season. It's a phenomenal idea and well executed in F1 2016. If you related that to an American sports video game, it'd be like scrolling through the practice sessions of the teams in the NFL as they prepare for the matchup on tap for the week. I've never played a racing game where the upgrades were so realistic as it pertains to the impact on the car's performance. It helps to familiarize you with each circuit–which is critical–but it also lets you get used to handling your vehicle while trying out new upgrades. However, I highly encourage gamers to participate in each leg.
